AI Summarize Feature
Overview
Challenge: With the increased interest in ChatGPT and Machine Learning, Sturdy clients requested a feature that allowed them to summarize their data by account. Providing a succinct summary of the emails and data associated with each account.
Solution: A “summarize conversations” feature that ingests a users emails associated with a specific account and provides a customized summary of the emails and Signals that have transpired in the pre-determined time period.

Design a feature that ingests all conversations and Signals associated with an account to produce a summary of the account

When ChatGPT went viral earlier this year, we were in the process of thinking of ways to harness this peaked interest in AI when various Sturdy customers expressed interest in a feature being created that would allow them to generate summaries of accounts.
Feature Requests:
Be able to summarize conversations & Signals for an account
Be able to customize the time period of the summary
Provide a short summary, long summary, list of most recent Signals associated with the account

Prior to receiving user input, we had initially been conceptualizing with Engineering the potential of mirroring a feature similar to ChatGPT where a user is able to type in a request or prompt to a chatbot and have it provide the requested information.
